EWTN At 8am, the Franciscan Missionaries of the Eternal Word will celebrate the Solemn Mass of the Immaculate Conception. At 10am, Pope Francis will conduct the Homage to the Immaculate Conception at Our Lady’s statue in Rome’s Piazza di Spagna. At noon will be the Solemn Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. (Re-airs midnight.)

Live at noon in Rome, Pope Francis will celebrate Holy Mass on the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. At 8pm, the 2010 docudrama 1531: A Story That Is Not Finished Yet relies on Antonio Valeriano’s 16th-century Nican Mopohua and other sources to portray Our Lady’s visits to St. Juan Diego and their lasting message to us today. Four German Bishops Resist Push to Install Permanent ‘Synodal Council’
