Chief Operating Officer

The Ministry of Caring is a nonprofit serving the poor and homeless since 1977. The Chief Operating Officer, exemplifying the Ministry of Caring’s mission and values (that is, delivering basic services to the poor with dignity and respect), will assist the Chief Executive Officer by providing strategic insight in critical areas including policy, organizational initiatives, and communication with benefactors, as well as overseeing daily operations of the ministry’s 19 programs, and encouraging self-sufficiency in those we serve.


The full time Regional Development Assistant must have a solid understanding of and appreciation for the Catholic Faith. With this foundation, the overall purpose of this role is the administrative and organizational support of a dynamic, energetic and Christ-centered development team of development professionals led by the Regional Development Director (SE Region) of the Legion of Christ.

Chief Development Officer

Maryville Academy is a child wellbeing/child welfare organization rooted in Catholic social teaching, offering a range of programs for children and families including Early Childhood Engagement, Education, Healthcare, and Family & Residential Services. Maryville Academy helps children and families reach their fullest potential by empowering intellectual, spiritual, moral, and emotional growth. The Maryville Academy Foundation (the Foundation) exists to raise funds to, primarily but not exclusively, support the growth and development of new and existing programs at Maryville Academy. A newly energized Foundation Board seeks to propel and grow philanthropy in support of serving children and families. The Board is planning targeted and thoughtful investments to empower high-quality programs supporting children and families to achieve their fullest potential. Through the Foundation’s support, 5,300 individuals were served last year


Overview of the Role of President The President provides leadership to achieve fully the mission of Marian High School. As Chief Executive Officer, the President reports to the Board of Directors. The President is responsible for the overall management of the school and the faith community, including policy development, strategic planning, finance and facilities, institutional advancement, communications and public relations, student recruitment and enrollment, and institutional planning, accomplished through the Principal and other administrative team members. The President serves on the Board as an ex officio member with a vote. The President is the overall leader and facilitator of the community of faith and bears ultimate responsibility for integration of faith and culture, consistent with the mission and core values of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and Marian High School.

Graphic Designer

A graphic designer at Benedictine College is responsible for developing new collateral for various college departments. Printed and digital design projects would understand and promote the Catholic mission of Benedictine College, represent the high quality standards for Benedictine and stay within the college’s branding standards. Designers would report to the Art Director in the college’s Marketing Department and would have a work station in the Marketing Office.

Junior Accountant

The Franciscan Friars of the Atonement is currently seeking a Junior Accountant, based at Graymoor in Garrison, NY. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday. We are seeking a Junior Accountant to provide assistance in the Finance Department while performing accounting, administrative and bookkeeping duties including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Associate Director of Sacred Worship

The Associate Director of Sacred Worship assists to carry out the vision of Unleash the Gospel as it relates to the understanding and application of the Sacred liturgy, RCIA (OCIA) for adults and children, sacramental preparation, and the administration of the Rites of the sacraments.

Victim Assistance Coordinator - Part Time

The Victim Assistance Coordinator will represent the Society of Apostolic Life Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi when a person comes forward with an allegation of misconduct and/or abuse of a minor against a Consecrated Woman. The primary role of the Victim Assistance Coordinator is to accompany survivors throughout the Society’s response to reports and allegations of misconduct and abuse. The Victim Assistance Coordinator is qualified to work with survivors of abuse, either through their education, training, and/or experience.
