10 Sneak Previews of the CATHOLICISM Series by Fr. Barron

Haven’t seen all or any of the CATHOLICISM series episodes by Fr. Barron yet? Well here are 10 sneak previews, one from each episode of the series (watch them below).

These previews have been released individually over the past year and I blogged about them each as they came out. But this is a nice post where you can watch all of the preview clips together in one post.

First, however, I want to encourage you to support the CATHOLICISM series. Not just because I’m a big fan of it, but because I hope we’re all big fans of good Catholic media in general. And this project represents, as George Weigel put it, “the most important media project in the history of the Catholic Church in America.” It took a lot of time, effort and money and if we want to see more amazing media projects like it in the future, it’s important that we show the investors in such a project how much we appreciate it!

Additionally, of course, is how much good this project will do. Aside from being a great help in presenting our faith to the culture in a beautiful way, it’s also going to change lives and bring people closer to God in the process.

Here are a few ways you can support this amazing media project:

- Buy it.
- Encourage your parish or parish ministry to buy it.
- Use it for a study program.
- Request it and/or watch it on your local PBS station (schedule here). PBS picked up 4 episodes. EWTN is showing the other 6!

And now, here are the sneak previews of all 10 episodes:

EPISODE 1 - Amazed and Afraid: The Revelation of God Become Man

EPISODE 2 - Happy Are We: The Teachings of Jesus

EPISODE 3 - That Than Which is Nothing Greater Can Be Thought: The Ineffable Mystery of God

EPISODE 4 - Our Tainted Nature’s Solitary Boast: Mary, the Mother of God

EPISODE 5 - The Indespensible Men: Peter, Paul and the Missionary Adventure

EPISODE 6 - A Body Both Suffering and Glorious: The Mystical Union of Christ and the Church

EPISODE 7 - Word Made Flesh, True Bread of Heaven: The Mystery of the Liturgy and the Eucharist

EPISODE 8 - A Vast Company of Witnesses: The Communion of Saints

EPISODE 9 - The Fire of His Love: Prayer and the Life of the Spirit

EPISODE 10 - World Without End: The Last Things

Hope you enjoy!

The Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri, and the Mississippi River are seen from East St. Louis, Illinois, on June 27. Following the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision on June 24, abortion is now banned in Missouri. The nearest clinics to St. Louis are across the river in Illinois, including a Planned Parenthood in Fairview Heights that was opened in 2019 in anticipation of the overturn of Roe v. Wade.

Welcome to Post-Roe America

Every year on the anniversary of Dobbs, Catholics will be able to deepen their understanding of God’s role in the conception of every child, his care for the child’s growth, his knowing each by name, and the future for which he has given each child life.
