Science confirms it: Teens aren’t all there. Researchers found that the human brain isn’t fully developed until its owner is at least 20. This helps explain the risky behavior and mood swings. “We found that the frontal lobes were the last to develop,” said lead researcher Paul Thompson of UCLA. “These regions control inhibition, rash actions, rage and anger.”
