With the Democrats now in control of the White House and Congress any pro-life legislative advances over the next four years will likely occur at the state level.

This makes the release today of state-by-state pro-life ratings especially timely.

Pennsylvania leads the way as America’s most pro-life state, according to the ratings undertaken by Americans United for Life. California has the unhappy distinction of being the least pro-life state.
