Institution: Benedictine College, now the largest private college in Kansas, is a mission-driven school launching a new generation of Catholic leaders. Since 2012, the college has built five new academic buildings, including a 100,000-square-foot science and engineering building, six new residence halls, four new chapels, a student recreation center and an observatory and has renovated every sports facility. The college has added architecture, graphic design and banking to its list of majors and also added Great Books, STEM fellows and honors programs. It is proud of its women’s lacrosse team, which won the 2022 NAIA National Championship.
