Texas Wins Huge Victory over Planned Parenthood

Finally, a court that stands up for a right that isn't the right to rip babies apart with other people's money. The Fifth Circuit court essentially told the abortion giant Planned Parenthood to shut their whining gobs and that Texas has a right to not fund them.

This victory is being called a "roadmap" for any state that wants to defund Planned Parenthood. A lot of states have tried. Texas did it. This is a very bad day for Planned Parenthood. And a bad day for Planned Parenthood is a good day for babies.

Texas stood up to the bully who nobody thought could be beat. This is like when Rocky Balboa made Dolph Lundgren bleed for the first time and everyone was all like "Oh my gosh the seemingly indomitable Swedish looking Russian dude isn't indomitable or Russian!!!

This is like when the New York Giants essentially showed every other team in the NFL five years ago how to beat the dreaded and seemingly indomitable New England Patriots - stop being so afraid and put Tom Brady on his keister. And since then, how many Super Bowls have the Patriots won? Nada. That's how our friends south of the border say bupkis. Before that, they seemed indomitable. Now nobody's afraid.

So this is like that, except Tom Brady doesn't kill babies for money. (That we know of.)

This victory for Texas will have huge ramifications. Huge. I assure you Planned Parenthood has the mop out and they're changing their pants.

Remember, when Texas first tried to defund Planned Parenthood the Obama administration threatened the state with cutting off all Medicaid funding for the state because anyone who didn't love abortion as much as Barack "punished with a baby" Obama, wasn't getting a dime from the federal government. Yup. Obama was going to cut off Medicaid funding for poor Texans if Governor Rick Perry didn't agree to give some taxpayer money to Planned Parenthood.

That was a showdown. And there's something you don't want to do with Texans, and that's get into a showdown. But Obama had $30 million reasons for Texas to back down. And that's a lot of reasons. But Texas, led by Perry, told the feds to keep their filthy money and they'd establish a state program. Bam!

And then came the lawsuits. I think Planned Parenthood is the oppositte of every other human in the world - they love lawyers and hate babies. Kinda' weird but true. But Perry fought on. And now he won.

Governor Perry may not be the best debater in the world but he got it done.

Many other states like Indiana have attempted to defund Planned Parenthood only to get bludgeoned with judges pinning  them down, putting them in headlocks, giving them wet willies and making them say, "Obama's the awesomest President  ever and I'll keep giving other people's money to all your abortion friends."

But Texas got it done. Go big or go home. Texas went big and told Obama to go home. It's time for all the other red states to put on their big boy pants.
