COMMENTARY: While June celebrates many different themes, they come together under the rubric of life-giving love.
Speaking off-the-cuff, the pope added that it may not be easy to understand the mystery of the Holy Trinity, but it is possible for everyone to “live this mystery.”
What an enormous privilege and dignity we receive in becoming adopted sons and daughters of the “Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.”
The Pope’s address on Trinity Sunday reflected on the “mystery of the identity of God.”
‘The feast of the Most Holy Trinity invites us to commit ourselves in the everyday events [of life], in order to be the leaven of communion, of consolation and of mercy,’ Francis said May 22.
