With the new indictment, law enforcement has now brought charges against a total of five people in connection with the attacks against pregnancy centers.
Harden said the suspect was caught on tape vandalizing the clinic. He said he presented the information collected to the FBI and local police.
A Catholic facility was one of the targets of the alleged culprits, who are being charged under the federal Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.
The note was addressed to Father Dan Andrews, pastor of the St. John Paul II Newman Center.
Harden said that he has asked both the FBI and local police for access to the footage so he can make a copy of it, to no avail.
The attack on the center is the first vandalism in Nashville related to the U.S. Supreme Court ruling overturning Roe v. Wade.
Graffiti was left that said, “If abortion isn’t safe, neither are you!”
Report information or 'anything suspicious' to law enforcement immediately, call the local FBI field office, or submit a tip to tips.fbi.gov.
Jane‘s Revenge’s acts should be viewed through the lens of terrorism.
