Title: Director of Religious Education
Reports to: Pastor/Administrator
Job Description: The largest Catholic Parish in SW Florida, located in beautiful, Naples is seeking a dynamic leader to manage and execute the Diocesan approved Religious Education program in a multicultural diverse Catholic community. We are a communion of cultures united by the love of Christ striving to be the hands and feet of Christ on earth. This full-time position requires weekends and evenings. Pay range is $40k-$50k plus benefits.
Requirements:
• Must be a practicing Roman Catholic
• Master's Degree in Religious Education, Theology or Catechetics and Evangelization
• Two (2) years of experience overseeing a religious education or faith formation program in a Parish setting
• Fluency in both English and Spanish or Creole.
• Excellent communications skills both written and oral, self-starter and team player.
