Michael Nazir-Ali was ordained at an Oct. 30 Mass at the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption and St. Gregory, Warwick Street, London.
He will be ordained a priest Oct. 30 for the Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham.
Bishop Nazir-Ali’s decision is a move of “monumental proportion and significance,” says fellow former Anglican and convert to the Catholic Church, Gavin Ashenden.
