Gov. Sam Brownback of Kansas, who signed the Pro-Life Protections Act on April 18, wrote pro-life notes on his talking-points sheet regarding the legislation in Kansas, reported LifeSiteNews.com on April 23 and 24.
The act says life starts at conception and bans sex-selective abortion, among other things.
At the top of the memo about the bill, Brownback wrote "Jesus + Mary."
"Kansas is building a culture of life," he wrote at the bottom of page, adding, "All human life is sacred, beautiful, precious. No matter who, no matter where."
