Want to keep your kids on the straight and narrow? Keep them physically fit and away from the TV. A new study finds that teens who are more physically active — particularly in recreational activities involving parents — are less likely than couch potatoes to get involved with drugs, alcohol, violence, cigarettes, delinquency and impurity. Researchers at the University of North Carolina reported the findings in the April issue of the journal Pediatrics.
