This video features another performance by The Priests, the trio of Northern Ireland parish priests who have been a singing sensation this Christmas season.
Their eponymous album, released at the start of Advent and featured here by the Daily Blog, has gone platinum with more than 300,000 copies sold, the Belfast Telegraph reported yesterday.
The Telegraph also reported that the trio — Father Father Eugene O’Hagan, Father Martin O’Hagan and Father David Delargey — are in discussions about possibly recording a second album of hymns for commercial distribution.

Flott reports on the powerful Catholic witness that the humble priests have presented to the music industry personnel they have encountered during their brief recording career.
Their manager, Samantha Wright of Bright Artist Management, told Flott that her perception of priests has been changed radically by her clients.
“I must confess to being apprehensive when I first met them,” said Wright, who was baptized in the Anglican Church, but admitted she is not religious. “I thought they would be disapproving in some way or other. But they didn’t judge me at all. In fact, I had judged them, believing they would judge me. If all clergy are like this, bring more on!”
