Here’s a story about an issue of obvious significance to Catholic Americans — with an unexpected twist.

The issue: A New York state man is suing Wal-Mart for $1 million for allegedly firing him because he wouldn’t work on Sunday because of his Catholic faith.

The twist: The plaintiff’s name is John F. Kennedy.
