Solemn Mass of the Annunciation

EWTN At 8am, the Franciscan Missionaries of the Eternal Word celebrate Mass at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel in Irondale, Ala. At noon, the Solemn Mass of the Annunciation takes place in Nazareth at the Basilica of the Annunciation.
 

Palm Sunday and the Passion of the Lord

EWTN At 3:30am, Pope Francis will celebrate the Solemn Mass of Palm Sunday. At 8am, the Franciscan Missionaries of the Eternal Word will celebrate Mass. At noon, Mass will be celebrated at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington.

PBS In this premiere episode of a documentary series to air every Tuesday through April 14, doctors at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia evaluate babies in the womb to see if they are candidates for surgery to correct problems such as spina bifida and tumors. Holy Thursday

EWTN At 1:30pm is St. Faustina’s Way of the Cross at the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy. At 2pm, in Praying With Jesus in the Garden of Olives, the Franciscan Custodians of the Holy Land conduct a Holy Hour in the Basilica of the Agony (the Church of All Nations) at the Garden of Gethsemane.
 

The Triduum

EWTN At 3:30am on Holy Thursday, Pope Francis will celebrate the Chrism Mass. At 11:30am, the Holy Father will celebrate the Solemn Mass of the Lord’s Supper. At the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception at 5:30pm will be Choral Meditations and the Solemn Mass of the Lord’s Supper. At 11am on Good Friday, Pope Francis will preside at the Commemoration of the Lord’s Passion From Rome. At 4pm, the Franciscan Missionaries of the Eternal Word will conduct the Solemn Commemoration of the Lord’s Passion from Our Lady of the Angels Monastery Chapel in Irondale, Ala. At 5:30pm, the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception will have the Liturgy of the Lord’s Passion. At 8pm, Pope Francis will preside over the Way of the Cross at the Colosseum. At 2:30pm on Holy Saturday, the Holy Father will celebrate the Easter Vigil Mass. At 8pm will be the Easter Vigil Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.
