John McCloskey about the recently announced beatification of Venerable Bishop Alvaro del Portillo, the successor of St. Josemaria Escriva, founder of Opus Dei. In the second half of the show, Dan Burke talked with author Ann Carey about her recent book Sisters in Crisis: Revisited which is a second, updated edition of the book first published in 1997 that examines the dramatic changes in women’s religious life since the Second Vatican Council.
