VIDEO: Pope Francis Unexpectedly Drops in On Rome's 'Favela'

Pope Francis broke from his scheduled programme on Sunday to make an unnanounced visit to the Arcobaleno di Ponte Mammolo nomadic camp in Rome. 

Sometimes referred to as Rome's "favela", or slum, it forms part of the parish of St. Michael the Archangel of Pietralata where many homeless, unemployed or those unable to earn enough money to buy food live.
