The Busch School of Business at The Catholic University of America brings insights from the Catholic intellectual tradition to bear upon economic life through thought leadership and education. Our Ecclesial Management programs teach management theory and practice to priests, religious, and laity. The Busch School is housed in Maloney Hall, a beautiful century-old collegiate gothic building reopened in early 2019 after a $37 million renovation.
The Director of the Ecclesial Management Programs is responsible for marketing and administering the Ecclesial Management Programs. The Director must have good oral and written communications and expertise in administrative tasks, program planning, goal setting and project management, as well as knowledge of program development and implementation. The Director is responsible for academic program planning and implementation, fundraising, marketing, and all administrative aspects for this graduate-level program including selection of clergy and religious and faculty members.
