A former college basketball star who volunteers at a crisis pregnancy center and gives pro-life talks, she met Jim on a blind date and they married in 1997.

Phoenix Mars Mission: Ashes to Ice

PBS The Phoenix Mars Lander took off in August 2007 and is to land on May 25, three days after this program airs. A project of the University of Arizona, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and other entities, the 800-pound probe will have about 90 days to search for ice and organic compounds in the Red Planet’s northern polar region.

World War II Medal of Honor recipient Audie Murphy stars as the young Union soldier who briefly slips away from battle but atones for that the next day by distinguishing himself in combat.
