2014 World Cup

ESPN, ESPN2, ABC Every match of the 2014 World Cup soccer/football tournament will air live on ESPN, ESPN2 or ABC, ending in ABC’s broadcast of the much-anticipated championship match in Rio de Janeiro at 2:30pm on July 13. The U.S. team’s first match will be in Natal against Ghana on ESPN at 5:30pm on June 16. The usual starting times for matches will be 11:30am, 2:30pm and 5:30pm, with a few matches at 3:30pm.

PBS This special explores the mysteries of phenomena in the Earth-space boundary zone, including the aurora, meteors and "sprites," which are flashes that streak upward from thunderclouds.
