Professing Belief

Contrary to popular opinion, most college professors are neither atheistic nor agnostic. In fact, according to a new survey conducted by sociologists Neil Gross of Harvard University and Solon Simmons of George Mason University, only about one-quarter of college and university instructors deny that God exists or claim it is impossible to know one way or the other. The other 75% either believe in God or, at least, acknowledge the existence of a higher power.
