It appears more young people are choosing to remain pure until marriage. According to numbers from the Centers for Disease Control, more than half of all teens are choosing the better path these days (53%, up from 46% last year). Studies also point out that teens respect the input of their parents on the issue. Said Linda Klepacki of Focus on the Family: “If parents continue to talk to their kids … about God’s plan for [marriage and intimacy], we would really see our [purity] rates continue to climb.”
