The National Sleep Foundation’s 2010 “Sleep in America” poll reveals the sleep habits of four ethnic groups — including prayer.
The poll found that many people pray or do some sort of religious activity before they go to sleep every night or almost every night: 71% of blacks, 45% of Hispanics, 32% of whites and 18% of Asians reported doing so.
Too bad more don’t follow suit.
As Psalm 4:9 reminds us: “In peace I shall both lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me secure.”
