Some Catholics have an “all or nothing” approach to Lent. We can convince ourselves that because we slipped up at the beginning of Lent, the whole season has been compromised.
Not true. Lent is a pilgrim journey. You start out confidently, but if you fall, you don’t give up. You pick yourself up (or get helped up) and keep heading toward the goal. You can find inspiration at CirclePress.org: The National Catholic Register’s Guide to the Rosary is a 48-page full-color booklet offering sacred Scripture, art and meditations that can make your daily Rosary more rewarding. Our Passion Companion: Rosary Aid, Study Guide and Stations of the Cross can help you make the most of the movie The Passion of the Christ as a spiritual aid.
You’ll also find helpful spiritual reading there, for instance, Audrey and Benedict of Bavaria.
