The Register’s Oct. 12-18 commentary section includes three stories about Sarah Palin:
“Did Sarah Cut Catholics?” by Warren Throckmorton. Since Gov. Sarah Palin has arrived on the national scene, claims have proliferated that she engaged in draconian budget cuts aimed at needy and vulnerable people.
“‘Palin Power’ Reaches Into Canada, Too,” by Pete Vere. The Sarah Palin political phenomenon is spilling over the border and into Canada. And not just because she hunts moose.
“Down Legislation, Hero Dad and Palin,” by Leticia Valasquez. There is growing cynicism about anything worthwhile coming from this Congress. Enter two farmers, one from Kansas and another from Virginia, and one vice presidential candidate’s Down Syndrome infant son.
