A recent survey shows that fewer than a third (27%) of women between 17 and 35 have ever been to an alcohol-drenched “spring break” bacchanalia. But, of those who have, the numbers are, well, sobering. No fewer than 93% of the women have friends who drank “most days” of the break, and 70% have friends who were promiscuous. Here’s the survey’s bright side: 81% indicated that they would like colleges to offer fun, affordable and alcohol-free alternatives.
