Marking this
month’s 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 lunar landing, a number of Apollo-related documentaries have
gotten new DVD releases lately.
Among
the best such documentaries is For All
Mankind, originally released in
1989 for Apollo 11’s 20th anniversary, which is now celebrating its
own 20th anniversary with a new edition from Criterion (both DVD and Blu-ray).
