The Chaplet of Divine Mercy

CATHOLICTV Jesus told St. Faustina Kowalska in 1935, “Say unceasingly this chaplet I have taught you. Anyone who says it will receive great mercy at the hour of death. Priests will recommend it to sinners as the last hope. Even the most hardened sinner, if he recites this chaplet even once, will receive grace from my infinite mercy.”

The Colorado: River of

Wonders

SUNDAY-FRIDAY, live

Pope Benedict XVI in the Holy Land

EWTN At 3 a.m. Sunday, the Holy Father will say Mass in Amman, Jordan. At 10:30, he will visit the site of the Lord’s baptism. On Monday, he will leave Jordan at 3 a.m. and arrive in Tel Aviv at 4 a.m. At 9 a.m. Monday, he will visit Israel’s president. At 10:30 a.m., he will visit the Yad Vashem memorial and hold an interfaith meeting in Jerusalem.

At 2 a.m. Tuesday, the Pope will visit the Dome of the Rock, visit the Western Wall, pray in the Upper Room, and visit the co-cathedral of the Latins. At 9:30 a.m., he will say Mass in the Josaphat Valley. At 2 a.m. Wednesday, he will speak in Bethlehem and say Mass. At 8:30 a.m., he will visit the Grotto of the Nativity and the Caritas Baby Hospital, speak in the Aida Refugee Camp, and visit the Palestine National Authority’s president.

At 3 a.m. Thursday, Pope Benedict will celebrate Mass in Nazareth. At 8:45 a.m., he will meet with Israel’s prime minister, greet religious leaders, and pray in the Grotto of the Annunciation. At 2:15 a.m. Friday, he will attend an ecumenical meeting and visit the Holy Sepulchre and the Church of St. James. At 6:30 a.m., he will leave for Rome.
