Vatican Breaks New Ground in Answering Questions

VATICAN CITY — A new instruction
from Rome clarifies the Church’s position in a number of areas of bioethics,
including stem cells and Plan B “emergency contraception.”

clarifies the enormous danger humanity faces in new biotechnologies, according
