Feb. 1, 2013 • Catholic Schools Week / Hope for Conversion
This week on Register Radio, Dan Burke will interview Nashville Dominican Sister John Mary Fleming, who leads the secretariat of Catholic Education at the U.S. Bishops Conference on the strengths and challenges of Catholic schools during National Catholic Schools Week. In our second half, Jeanette De Melo will speak with Church Historian and Opus Dei Priest Father C. John McCloskey about the need to remain constantly hopeful for conversion. We’ll discuss the story and witness of Bernard Nathanson, who went from abortionist to Catholic pro-life advocate; and we’ll discuss ways that each of us can become instruments of conversion.
