hemorrhage struck guitarist Jason Crigler, then 34, onstage in 2004, doctors
told his wife, Monica, that he would be in “a vegetative state.” “Scientifically,
he wasn’t there,” said one doctor. But Monica and relatives supplemented Jason’s
hospital rehabilitation and then cared for him around the clock at home. Today
he is “90% recovered” and has even given a concert.
