A Minnesota court has ruled in favor of awarding victory to Democratic candidate Al Franken in last fall’s disputed U.S. Senate race in that state.

The court battle over the result of last year’s U.S. Senate race in Minnesota continues, with no immediate conclusion in sight.

The Daily Blog said this about Democratic politician Al Franken in a post on Election Day:
“If any political candidate in this year’s elections can be fairly accused of harboring deep-seated prejudice against the Church, it’s Al Franken.”
