(Reuters)

President Barack Obama implicitly endorsed the entire homosexual agenda in the remarks he made yesterday commemorating the 40th anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall riots by homosexual activists in New York.

Here is Obama’s blanket endorsement of homosexual rights, delivered near the conclusion of his comments:

We must continue to do our part to make progress — step by step, law by law, mind... READ MORE

Miss USA runner-up Carrie Prejean is featured in this new video released today by the National Organization of Marriage.

One of the most upside-down aspects of the media-generated controversy over the California beauty queen’s pro-traditional marriage comments at the Miss USA pageant is that pageant organizers are blaming her for allegedly taking a “polarizing” position on the marriage... READ MORE

Iowa Supreme Court building. (Google Earth)

The Iowa Supreme Court today has ruled that a state law prohibiting so-called homosexual “marriage” is unconstitutional.

In so doing, the court joined its counterparts in Massachusetts, California and Connecticut in trying to force this bogus definition of “marriage” on its state’s residents by judicial fiat.

This is frustrating and disheartening for the majority of Americans who... READ MORE

The picture that accompanied today’s Daily Blog post about Proposition 8 featured a pro-marriage advocate carrying a sign.

It displayed this pithy message: “A Moral Wrong Cannot Be a Civil Right.”

That’s very true. But supporters of so-called “homosexual marriage” have managed to convince many people otherwise, arguing that what’s really immoral is discriminating unjustly against... READ MORE

Some very positive news on the marriage front: California’s Supreme Court appears poised to uphold Proposition 8, the state ballot measure that defined marriage as a one-man, one-woman institution.

That’s the assessment of this article in the San Jose Mercury News. It reported that the justices hearing the case appear highly disinclined to accept the arguments of the lawyers representing... READ MORE

The U.N.’s Destructive Code

Archbishop Celestine Migliore, the Holy See’s Permanent Observer of the Holy See at the United Nations, says the Vatican had no choice about not endorsing two recent U.N. documents.

Why? Because abortion and homosexual activists had seeded these documents with code language intended to promote their agendas in a dishonest and destructive way.

The insertion of such code language into U.N.... READ MORE

Scene from HBO's 'Big Love.' (HBO)

“Same-sex marriage, they said, would be the slippery slope to polygamy.

“Just a few short years after Canadians engaged in a caustic debate over whether two men, or two women, should be allowed to marry, the prognosticators will find out if they are vindicated — however unhappily.”

That’s how this article in the Jan. 21 issue of Canada’s Globe and Mail newspaper begins. The article... READ MORE
