The Vatican has been mostly silent about Ron Howard’s film version of Dan Brown’s novel Angels & Demons. Until now.

Reuters reported today that the Vatican newspaper, L’Osservatore Romano, has published two editorials prompted by the film’s premiere in Rome on Monday.
