NEW YORK — Cardinal Timothy Dolan of New York expressed “great disappointment” in Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s announcement to move forward with the state’s proposed Reproductive Health Act.

In his third annual State of the State address on Jan. 9, the democratic governor said that, among other reforms, he intends to strengthen local abortion laws by enacting the measure.

In response, Cardinal Dolan said the move would ultimately increase New York’s “scandalous” abortion rate.

“I am hard-pressed to think of a piece of legislation that is less needed or more harmful than this one,” Cardinal Dolan wrote in a Jan. 9 letter to Gov. Cuomo, who is Catholic.

“There was a time when abortion supporters claimed they wanted to make abortion ‘safe, legal and rare,’” the president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops said.

The cardinal congratulated Cuomo on his third year as governor and praised some points of the address that he can stand with the governor on, such as reforming gun-ownership laws, raising the state’s minimum wage and improving local health care.

However, Cardinal Dolan said he would “be remiss” if he did not condemn the governor’s proposal to strengthen abortion laws in New York and said he “stands ready and eager” to discuss the issue “at any time.”

He said that he and his brother bishops would like to work to reduce the state’s abortion rate by providing “an environment for all women and girls in which they are not made to feel as if their only alternative is to abort.”

Abortion “goes against all human instinct,” the cardinal said, and will frequently lead “to feelings of regret, guilt and pain” for both the mother and father.

Cardinal Dolan said Cuomo appreciates that millions of New Yorkers of different beliefs hold a “deep respect for all human life, from conception to natural death.”

“I also know that you are aware that New York state’s abortion rate is, incredibly, double the national average,” he said, with 4 out of 10 pregnancies ending in abortion, while impoverished parts of New York City have rates over 60%.

While Cardinal Dolan and Cuomo “obviously disagree on the question of the legality of abortion,” Cardinal Dolan said that, certainly, they must both be “in equally strong agreement that the abortion rate in New York is tragically high.”

why don’t Cardinal Dolan, speak up publicly and tell the wonderful so called catholic gov. Cuomo, that he is excommunicated from the Church. This is what these Bishops should have done a long tme ago.

Dear Cardinals/Bishops:
Please start publically enforcing Canon 915.
” Can. 915 Those who have been excommunicated or interdicted after the imposition or declaration of the penalty and others obstinately persevering in manifest grave sin are not to be admitted to holy communion.”
And excommunicate ab homine as needed.
The public SCANDAL of “Catholic” politicans will never change if you do nothing.
By doing nothing all your words ring hollow;
the guilty are never taught, and ensuing relativism speads like cancer throughout society. Souls are lost.
Canon lawyer Cardinal Raymond Burke can advise you in this matter.
Heed the words of St. Paul - 1 Cor 5:9-13.

So, it is NOW time to excommunicate this governor who goes against so much of the teachings of the Church?  And how about the HHS Sec, Biden, Pelosi, Caroline Kennedy, etc?
If we are Catholic, we are compelled to reflect the Church and Her teachings.

On the net, please go to the scientific site of: ENDOWMENT for HUMAN DEVELOPMENT.
The dismemberment or burning of unborn infants is TORTURE as well as MURDER.
By 8 weeks - “Touching the embryo elicits squinting, jaw movement, grasping motions, and toe pointing.”
By 9 weeks and 3 days - ” The fetus can also grasp an object, move the head forward and back, open and close the jaw, move the tongue, sigh, and stretch.
Nerve receptors in the face, the palms of the hands, and the soles of the feet can sense light touch.
In response to a light touch on the sole of the foot, the fetus will bend the hip and knee and may curl the toes.”
These unborn babies feel pain.
“Catholic” Gov Cuomo should not be congratulated on anything.

Why is Cardinal Dolan only expressing “great disappointment” in Gov. Cuomo?  Shouldn’t he be outraged that a supposed “Catholic” leader is helping to proliferate the increase in murders of innocent children?  Why has Gov. Cuomo not been told by Cardinal Dolan that if he does not stop this behavior he will be excommunicated from the Faith?  Why is the Church so easy to roll over and play dead while the supposedly “Catholic” political leaders are leading our country down the path of Mortal Sin and destruction?
I really long for STRONG CHURCH LEADERS who are not afraid to speak out and draw lines in the sand for not taking any more debauchery from the high profile (especially) members of the church.

“Much to praise” but sadly “remiss”. Sure, that’ll work Cardinal, like a charm, every time.

What of the gay marriage bill the supposedly catholic governor pushed through the legislature? What of the gay churches in NYC? What of the leading candidate for mayor of NYC, who is gay and another supposed catholic? Should have asked the governor if he enjoyed the Al Smith dinner with the president, too.
There is no end of scandal, is there?

Me thinks the Cardinal doth protest too much.  Cuomo is wrong on all the issues & is in total disagreement with the teachings of the church.  The Cardinal need not make remarks of any kind of approval of what the governor says b/c Cuomo believes nothing the church teaches.  HIS ACTIONS SPEAK OF WHAT HE BELIEVES!! UNLESS & until the Cardinal &  ALL bishops announce that Cuomo & other apostate “Catholic” politicans have excommunicated themselves, Nothing will change.  Cuomo & other “Catholic” politicians will continue to blaspheme with no consequences for their actions.  The Church shepherds have been too quiet for too long when it comes to dealing with these insulting people who use thieir “Catholic” identity when it suits them.  Cuomo & his concubine present themselves for commiunion on a regular basis with not a peep from their pastor or the hierarchy.  The rest of us who try to live by the 10 commandments must endure the insults and garbage from the likes of Cuomo with no real support from Dolan or any other leaders of the church. Just because we are called to love our neighbor does not excuse us from correcting them and their anti- Catholic actions.  The cardinal’s remarks hold no water & are meaningless.  As we’ve been taught,  “Preach the gospel; when necessary, use words!”  IT IS TIME for words that have real meaning &consequences;.  Just privately meeting with Cuomo & others of his ilk will do no good.  Does anyone remember when Cardianl Dolan “got snookered” by Obama on health care.  KICK THESE POLITICIANS OUT OF THE CHURCH B/ C WHEN THERE IS NO CORRECTION FROM OUR SHREPHERDS, THEN THE PEOPLE IN THE PEWS SEE THAT AS TACIT APPROVAL. WE SEE NO SIGN THAT THE “POLITICAL CATHOLICS” ARE EVER GOING TO CHANGE THEIR BELIEFS ON ABORTION, EUTHANASIA, TAKING AWAY OUR SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS TO OWN GUNS, & PROTECTING OUR BORDERS.  “words, just words….”

Why all the talk?  Why doesn’t he excommunicate Gov. Cuomo?  Let the teaching begin.  Why all the confusion?  Speak and Teach the TRUTH.  You are confusing folks.

Cardinal Dolan said he “stands ready and eager” to discuss the issue “at any time.” Gov. Cuomo’s proposed reform of abortion laws in New York. I would hope that the Cardinal would quietly excommunicate the governor and forbid him to take communion until he drops his public support of so called abortion “rights”. It is murder. A woman’s right to have an abortion is NO right to life for the unborn. The same should happen to Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi who are failing to protect the unborn.

The Cardinal should ask Cuomo not to present himself for Holy Communion.  That might get his attention.

Once again another compromise from Dolan. If Hitler were alive today he’d congratulate him on his election,  praise him for rebuilding Germany’s economy,  then offer a dinner meeting to teach him about why he shouldn’t practice ethnic cleansing.

As a Newtown CT resident and parishioner of St. Rose of Lima, I must agree with Mngr. Bob Weis pointing out at our Vigil for the victims of our tragic massacre that the culture of death contributed to this tragedy. President Obama rightly mourned the fact that these innocents would not get a chance to grow up, graduate, fall in love, etc. However he and so many fail to realize this is exactly the fate of so many unborn children..sons and daughters who will be also denied the right to enjoy life, love and family. If Olivia Engel, who was supposed to be an angel in our live nativity, and her classmates had their lives taken 6-7 yrs earlier by abortion, there would have been no world wide mourning..no tears wiped away by our president..Please prayerfully consider honoring our town’s victims by standing up for their unborn brothers and sisters who are being massacred daily in our local abortion clinics.. Evil tries to wipe out the Face of God who is most represented by these innocents, hopefully His Image will be multiplied in all our hearts who were affected by the Newtown Massacre..including the most hardened. That would be a greater good that can come from this evil act.
God Bless, Normajean Oberst, Newtown CT

I applaud Cardinal Dolan for standing up to the governor against his reign of murder. The Marxist News Media will not broadcast Cardinal Dolan’s letter to Cuomo.

I pray that Cardinal Dolan, and other bishops will shepherd the Catholic faithful, from those ‘catholic’ politicians and others who publicly advocate positions that are ‘anti-catholic’.  I pray that the Cardinal will say to the governor, ‘you are not bound by your oath of office to advocate for abortion or gay marriage, but I am bound by Catholic doctrine to deny you the sacraments of the Catholic Church.  You do what your conscience tells you, and I will do what my conscience tells me.” Over 40 million abortions in the USA alone and I don’t know of any pro-abortion ‘catholic’ politician that has been excommunicated.  As a Church and as citizens of the USA, we can do more than write to our governor and congressmen or pray to end abortion.

With all due respect for the Cardinal:

“Cardinal Dolan said he would “be remiss” if he did not condemn the governor’s proposal to strengthen abortion laws in New York and said he “stands ready and eager” to discuss the issue “at any time.”

Why doesn’t the Cardinal condemn the governor, deny him the sacraments of the Church, and discuss the issue, of lifting the excommunication, when the governor withdraws his support of abortion and gay marriage.

Cowardice…when will a Catohlic leader step up and stand true.

Cardinal,  I am ready to serve Christ unpoliticaly when you are.

Semper Fidelis JBA

The Catholic Church has failed its catechises mission in the USA. When over 50% of Catholics vote for anti-life candidates, it is obvious the church has not done its job in educating the laity. Since the mid-sixties, the Church in America has failed to take serious action about the incremental movement toward an anti-life culture. The church was “greatly disappointed” with the pill, “greatly disappointed” with abortion, “greatly disappointed” with embryonic stem cell research, “greatly disappointed” with DOMA’s lack of enforcement, “greatly disappointed” with state after state legalizing same-sex marriage, and “greatly disappointed” with the celebrating of homosexuals opening serving in the military.  Now we have Cardinal Dolan “greatly disappointed” with Gov. Cuomo. But he is only a little disappointed because he agrees with him on many other issues. It seems like, “Oh I am really, really, greatly disappointed about killing those babies but I am elated you are going to take guns from people because they cannot kill those who survive the abortion clinic, and you will increase the minimum wages of those who survive the abortion clinic, and you will improve the health care of those who survive the abortion clinic.” Based on the pathetic recent history of the catholic church hierarchy in the USA, I am certain Gov. Coumo is “really, really, really quaking in his boots.

Your Excellency, Governor Cuomo could care less about your thoughts about abortion.  He has already ignored the Church’s view on same sex marriage and put that through with the Legislature’s help.  As far as congratulating him on the gun control laws (they are very strict in New York but as of now, many crimes committed with guns) so what good will tightening the laws do?  Raising the state’s minimum wage will deprive many teenagers from getting their first job.  Improving health care with looser abortion laws doesn’t even make sense.  I’d suggest instead, collections from the Churches to do this—-it is our duty as Catholics to help the poor and maybe even provide free clinics where abortion isn’t allowed.  This was done throughout the centuries, and even in our country up to about 50 years ago.  Reasoning unfortunately won’t help with this guy.  Maybe praying would be the best, and I sure hope he has some answers for Jesus for this at his judgment.

It is the Second Amendment that guarantees the Freedoms of the First Amendment. Infringe the former, lose the later.

Dolan—like the vast majority of American bishops—loves to kiss politicians’ posteriors. Otherwise, why would he soft-pedal this?

Catholics, how do you like your episcopal messiah now?

Cardinal Dolan, You are getting a lot of heat here from faithful Catholics who don’t understand why you are “Lukewarm”. Remember what our Lord Jesus said about those who are “lukewarm”. He will spit them out. Get some cajones and do what Jesus would do.

Hat Lady, your comments always crack me up.  (Agree with you.) I must say I am disappointed in Cardinal Dolan.  He’s not liberal like Cardinal Bernandin but I read once that the purple hat does something to some bishops. We should really pray for him and all priests.

With respect, sadness and pain, it has become very clear that Cardinal Dolan is in over his head. Does anyone really think another headline that “Cardinal Dolan Decries…whatever means a hill of beans to anyone? Like enough already, please. The good Cardinal is simply tooooo nice or timid for this battle. Don’t know what it will take for him to wake up and lead the Church Militant onto the field of battle. Talk is not going to get it done without action. Although Pope Leo 13 said “Catholics are born for battle”, the Good Cardinal clearly did not get the message. It has become very painful watching him getting played and just rolling over with a smile. If he has not the stomach or steel to start using the sanctioning power of his office, he should request PB16 reassign him to the international diplomatic corp of the Vatican and replace him with a hardened combat veteran Bishop. How about Chaput? We love you personally Cardinal Dolan, but the “Bells of St Marys” approach does not work today. The movie was made 70 years ago. It’s not applicable today not matter all of your good intentions.

I have the deepest respect for Cardinal Dolan; he is one of the truly great leaders of the Church. He also must operate in a delicate balance between professing Church teachings and alienating others, most particularly secular leaders. To do otherwise simply closes the door on dialogue. However, I find it very unfortunate that this balancing act has not allowed for a more stern and direct condemnation of those who claim to be Catholic, yet support or propose legislation and programmes that are clearly against Church teaching. This appears to lead to scandal, something the Church can ill-afford in these times of frefalling morality. I strongly believe that one is Catholic when he/she follows the teachings of the Catholic Church, not because one was baptised in the Church as an infant and went to Mass a certain number of times.

What gave you the idea that Cuomo was a practicing Catholic?

I think people on this blog should give Cardinal Dolan the benefit of a doubt. Supposing the Bishops and Cardinals deny Communion or excommunitcate Pelosi, Kennedy, Biden, Cuoma, etc. What would that accomplish.  They would not give two hoots and just go on with what they are doing.  Cardinal Dolan is keeping the door open for Cuomo and just maybe he will have some success.  The other way, these people would just thumb their nose at the Catholic Church and its beliefs. That is the way I look at it.

What would you have the Bishop do?  Excommunicate Cuomo?  Does anyone think the general public would care?  Would Cuomo care?  Seriously, what would you have the Cardinal do?  Raise an army and invade Albany? How ridiculous!

Stop jibber jabbing.  It is OUR fault as Catholics that we even have the likes of Obama and Cuomo in office.  How many “Catholics” voted for these guys out of some misplaced sense of compassion?  Start by telling your families how bad all of this is, especially the younger people.  Be prepared to defend the faith!!  Then MAYBE we’ll a effect a slow change in public attitude that will result in
people like Obama and Cuomo losing elections.

So, Cardinal Dolan is appeasing politicians in order to eventually change their minds.  Bishop Conley is appeasing the Latinos and at the same time insulting the Anglos’ by stating that we Anglos can learn something from Latinos, such as love of “family” & having many children, yet the majority of the Hispanics or Latinos voted for Obama.  It is my belief that Bishops and Candinals are just as political as those in our U.S. Government.  If you read the articles on Bishop Conley and Gov. Jingal, you will see what I mean.
The Catholic Church has lost a lot of parishioners and I can understand their wanting to entice more back into the Church, but not by insulting those already in the Church as Bishop Conley did. I do think Cardinal Dolan is doing his best.
Again I will state that our Parish Priests could have said more about abortion, etc. before the election, without suggesting to people “how to vote”. In my Parish all our Priest said was “be careful how you vote”.

Dear Anonymous:
“What would you have the Bishop do?  Excommunicate Cuomo?  Does anyone think the general public would care?  Would Cuomo care?  Seriously, what would you have the Cardinal do?”

Yes, Excommunicate him. IMO, You are overlooking the main issue. We shouldn’t give a hoot about the opinion of Cuomo or the general public on this. Reason? This is a Catholic religious issue between a Bishop and a member of the Church under his jurisdiction and responsibility. That member (Cuomo) is giving absolute public scandal as a Catholic. His Bishop (Dolan) is REQUIRED to forcefully address it. (Check out Canon Law 915). Excommunication would be a good beginning and long overdue. Abshp Dolan should reprimand him publicly, give him a time certain to change..and then if he does not..publicly excommunicate him. He should do the same thing with all “Catholic” politicians within his jurisdiction. Coumo et al are giving full blown scandal to the Church and the faithful. They have been telling the Church & Abshp Dolan to stick it! The Bishop(s) have allowed it to happen. Their response has been no response in effect.

Power without the the will to use it when necessary is absolutely useless.  But it is worse with the Cuomo vs Abshp Dolan case. Canon Law REQUIRES bishops to defend the faith, confront scandal, and defend the faithful.  It’s called LEADERSHIP…Not appeasement, not surrender.

The following analogy might be a bit harsh but it makes the point…While the Shah of Iran was still in power in the 70’s drugs started to become a problem in Iran. The Shah did not call a commission to study it and make recommendations. No he solved the problem….almost immediately? He passed and then enforced strict drug laws The penalty if caught for dealing illegal drugs was immediate execution…no trail, no discussion, no nada…if caught, you die….NOW! After about 6 months and several public executions..drug trafficing dropped 90%. The last one was the public spectacle of a couple of alleged drug dealers being pulled off an airliner in Tehran, marched across the Tarmac, put against a wall, and summarily shot…in full public view. It went the equivalent of “viral” at the time. Drug traffic was never again a problem in Iran.

The point? Laws have meaning. Breaking them has consequences. Seeing is believing and pictures/videos are worth thousands of words. A Catholic Bishop is the equivalent of a “Monarch” in his own diocese. He does not have to consult anyone to enforce Canon Law in his own diocese. The good Abshp Dolan appears very weak in responding to Cuomo on an issue that is clearly anathema in Church teaching.

You are right about “Stop jibber jabbing”. It’s good advice for everyone…most especially Abshp Dolan. For you see, he has the power and the responsibility to do something about it. All we can do is talk and write letters and emails.  As for defending the faith? Again, you are correct. The only problem is that it has been poorly taught for the last 40 years. Most “Catholics” don’t know their faith. Can’t defend what you don’t know.  Again, who is responsible for teaching in a diocese?...You guessed it…The Bishop.

It is indisputable that Abshp Dolan is a fine and caring man. He is a holy and well meaning prince of the Church. However, he is not the leader needed at this time or place (NYC)) in my opinion. Church Nice got us into this mess. It will not get us out of it. Only the Church Militant will.

We continue to pray for Abshp Dolan and all the Bishops, Clergy and Leadership of the Church. There is a great book written by David Carlin called..“The Decline & Fall of the Catholic Church in America”. It is superb and should be required reading by all Catholics…and most especially for every Bishop, Priest and Religious.

Who can find encouragement by what is happening in thr Church, when 50 years after VCII, 75 percent of its “members” no longer believe in the most essential doctrine of our faith.  When I entered the Church in 1949, it was apparent at every Mass that all practicing Catholics believed in the Real Presence and acted with great respect and spiritual reverence.  VCII managed to change that by allowing non-consecrated hands to profane the Eucharist and holy vessels. VCII is the worst tragedy in my lifetime and apostate Catholics that reelected a socialist president is the worst scandal in the history of our once free nation.  Thank God for EWTN.

JMJ Well if the Church starts with excommunication, It should start with Judas Bishops, Priests, Religious, Theologians before It gets to the Laity.  They are responsible for the Bidens, Pelosi’, Cuomo’, etc.  They are responsible for the last 50+ years of poor catechisis in the Church. How about all the Cowardly Religious that left the Church Militant???

Stop calling Cuomo and all these other heretic politicians Catholic. They are not Catholic. They are evil people who should be excommunicated!

Would you say HE HAS SEPARATED HIMSELF FROM THE CATHOLIC CHURCH,
Excommunicated Himself,  How can he receive the SACRAMENTS, THE EUCHARIST AND SUPPORT THIS

Dolan should be replaced with a bishop who takes his faith seriously.
Cardinal Raymond Burke and Archbishop of Philadephia Charles Chaput come to mind.  Cuomo is no more Catholic than Saddam Hussein was.  He needs to be kicked out of the Church.

Andrew Cuomo is a HERETIC and should be excommunicated!!!  Is it really any wonder that he is proposing such legislation…when he just legalized Sodomy not too long ago? He is NO Catholic…  I hope Archbishop Dolan excommunicates him and other so called catholic politicians like him.  Cuomo you are a vile disgrace as a leader….you promote VICE instead of VIRTUE…SHAME ON YOU!!

I was just thinking of my Argentinian friend who lived there under the dictatorship of Peron. Argentina was something like 98% Catholic. My friend told me {point blank,knowing I was Catholic]...“I do not like the Catholic Church and I HATE the Pope” [with much vengeance] but, she said “I like Catholic people”. I did not get angry at this, I just asked “why”. [I was really curious] Since I did not understand everything she was talking about, [accent being one problem], I got on the computer and I read about the Dirty War in Argentina and that the Catholic Church was complicit in some way. We all know about control under a dictatorship. So, I am thinking that the Bishops are very aware of this and to get anything from our government, especially with the healthcare problems, you have to be on speaking terms, mainly “them” willing to speak with the Bishops. The DNC did not have to ask Bishop Dolan to say the Benediction…in fact, if the Bishop should want to have a meeting with any one of them, they could say ‘they had no time’ or some other excuse.  So, to some extent, the Bishops have to be somewhat political in this case.  There is an old saying of my Mom’s “you get more from someone with honey rather than with vinegar”  [something like that}

Sounds like we both had the same type of grandmothers except I am sure they were not talking about using honey rather than vinegar when confronting pure evil. When someone and/or something (ie secularism) is evil and wants to bury you, your response had better not be… “well what’s the least painful way of letting them kill me”.. That, in effect, is what the Church has been doing for the last 40 years. They have refused to recognize or identify the real enemy (secularism) for what it is…the philosophy of Satan couched in the language of lies. Today we call it, spin, personal branding, marketing, social media, advertising, etc.  All of which are essentially one form or another of “mind manipulation” In short, the Church (all of us) has ceded the language and meaning of words. The winner of wars always writes the history. Who do you think is winning right now? The secularist are using blow torches and we are using water pistols to combat them. I am sure the good Bishops @ USCCB will continue to issue well meaning statements that “Decry…fill in the blank…on the item of the day”. What’s missing is real courageous leadership of the “Church Militant”

It’s hard to take the bishops seriously on this issue when they allow known abortionist-homosexualist politicians like Cuomo, Pelosi, the Kennedys, Biden, and others to receive and profanate the Holy Eucharist every Sunday.

Alas, all talk and no action continues to be the norm in Amchurch.

I get e-mails from a couple of WWII veterans, [not many left]. They seem most concerned with our government and what is happening in the secular world. Very much against what this Administration is accomplishing. My own personal opinion is the lack of morals….they are so low today and it breeds all sorts of trouble.  I also got an e-mail from one Vet. abt. Paul Harvey and his predictions in 1965. It is on the internet if you enter ‘Paul Harvey 1965 predictions’. He predicted everything that is happening today. It was really eerie to listen to him.

If democrats do this when we are armed, what will they do when we are disarmed?

For far too long, the Catholic hierarchy in majority-Catholic states like New York were complacent and arrogant.  They enjoyed their status as political power-brokers and let their spiritual duties wither.  The result is all-too-many “Catholics” like Governor Cuomo.

We all know the politicians are not Catholic.  Why bother to “excommunicate” them from something that they clearly do not, and have never been a part of.  I say we “excommunicate” Cardinal Dolan.  Let’s “excommunicate” all the pandering, equivocating, double talking, fallen away, obviously homosexual clergy.  That should eliminate about 75% of the ordained, maybe more.

Dolan is the Devil’s Water Boy…Wake up people!

Cardinal Dolan is obviously an apostate, an enemy of the Catholic faith, his words amount to tacit approval of the Governor.  Cardinal should be removed from office.  Where is the Pope?  God cannot be happy.  The fire will rain down upon us… and we will deserve it!  God help us.

Cardinal, with all do respect—- take your granny pants off and put on a jockstrap. We need a warrior not a mouse.

No Judith—- let’s not lose the focus on the real issue—you cannot proclaim yourself as a Catholic and then be an enabler and active builder of the culture of death.  Those who are should be excommunicated. If it means a smaller, more persecuted Church so be it.

Cardinal Dolan, please do the right thing, and do what the Pope
appointed you to do…Speak up & EXCOMMUNICATE this Man….
Give us some hope that Our Church Means what it says…If you
don’t, you will let many Catholics that have been supporting the
Anti-Abortion movment in dismay & will hurt many in the Church…..
As you well know Cardinal, we are in troubled times, and we need your
LEADERSHIP..Please don’t destroy our Faith….DO WHAT JESUS,WOULD DO!!!
Call out the Sinners, and if they failed to do the right thing….....
THEM EXCOMMUNICATE THEM…..I remain in J&M & in the One True Church…

We have very little leadership from our Bishops, Cardinals,& most Priests.  Since the 60s, morality from the pulpit was just about nonexistent…nobody said anything about purity, modesty, chastity, etc. ... & now it is a crime to talk against gay marriages & abortions, & so on.  We are backed into a corner because we have no really courageous & strong leaders to put a stop to this nonsense.  We need brave & strong leaders who are not afraid to “say it like it is” no matter what the cost…not to “sugar coat” every word they write or say.  The few faithful that are left waiting & praying for REAL heroes & guidance, are getting very depressed, sad, & disappointed…
