Institution: Founded and sponsored by the Benedictine Sisters of Annunciation Monastery, the University of Mary is the nation’s most serious, affordable Catholic university, teaching in accordance with the magisterium of the Church. With nearly 60 undergraduate majors, including degrees in engineering, and 22 graduate degrees (such as master’s degrees in Catholic studies and bioethics and five doctoral programs), the University of Mary continues to boast a stellar academic reputation, with a solid liberal arts core curriculum, the No. 1-ranked nursing program in the nation in 2021, and a full portfolio of graduate programs specifically geared toward the Catholic professional.
