Rocco Palmo posted some heartening developments about new ordinations on his Whispers on the Loggia blog on Sunday.
Newark, Milwaukee, Chicago, New York and Brooklyn are among the cities that have produced abundant harvests of ordinations this year, with Newark leading the way, according to the New Jersey News.
Writes Palmo, “Yet again, the nation’s biggest bevy of new priests this ordination season belongs to the Archdiocese of Newark, which welcomed 13 to the ‘Long Black Line’ yesterday.”
