If you missed it, the “Throwdown!” episode where Father Patalinghug cooks against altar boy-turned-chef Bobby Flay will re-air Sept. 20 at 11 p.m. Eastern and Sept. 21 at 2 a.m. Eastern, so set your TiVos and DVRs!
For those of you who are eager to try the winning fajitas, you’ll have to wait a little longer. On his blog, http://gracebeforemeals.com/soul/, Father Patalinghug wrote, “I’d love to give this recipe, and in time I will. But, it will have to wait until the third edition of the book, ‘Recipes for Family Life’ …”
Until the fajita recipe is released, foodies can try some of Father Leo’s other recipes on the website.
